  • an employee Net Promoter Score of 30 or higher
  • create a diverse team that reflects the communities we operate in
  • ensure all management levels are gender balanced

Key achievements:

  • Our workforce includes 475 employees from 49 nationalities across 13 countries, reflecting the international nature of our business.
  • Women represented 50% of senior managers and 38% of the Corporate Management Team in 2025, supporting our ambition for balanced representation across leadership levels.
  • Employee engagement remained strong, with an overall score of 4.1 out of 5, and an eNPS of 19 in 2025, reflecting our continued high engagement.
  • We continue to strengthen our culture of ownership, engagement and collaboration through initiatives such as the Everything Counts Programme, supporting performance and long-term value creation.
